Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Fraley attended public schools and graduated from Central State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Cum Laude) in 1973, and was President of Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society. Mr. Fraley is married and has one adult son.
Mr. Fraley was drawn to the art of sales and retired from General Motors in 2008 as an Area Sales Manager after 25 years of service.
His career with General Motors was marked with many successes and recognition for well earned milestone achievements. One of his milestone achievements was making history in the corporation. He gives God the praise for all of his successes and achievements. Over his 25 year career, he contacted dealers in CA, IL, OH, OK, PA, and TX. He was also responsible for the sales, service and marketing of vehicles to the dealerships and the public in those areas. In addition to the sales, service and marketing of vehicles, Mr. Fraley’s assignment/duties included administering and implementing the policies and procedures of General Motors Corporation to the dealers.
Since retiring from General Motors, Mr. Fraley has engaged with students by serving as a substitute teacher for District 87 and Unit 5 in Bloomington, Illinois.
Mr. Fraley has also worked as a licensed Red Cross Swim Instructor, VP of Board of Trustees for the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, currently works as a Bailiff for the McLean County Sheriff’s Office, and was selected as a spokesperson for a national television commercial for the product Prevagen, a memory supplement.
